Any of the above albums may be added to your basic plan at time of booking your wedding for a 10% discount, our way of passing on our savings to you!

Additional Services and Information 

Engagement, Bachelor or Bachelorette Photo Sessions                                                                                      $ 180.00 
Approximately 2 hours of coverage on location and includes 24 prints in a complimentary album. This service may be added to any package at a 20% discount. This adds excitement and fun to any gathering, as well as delightful memories to an already special event. 

Prebridal or Couples Session                                             $ 225.00 
A pre-wedding portrait session which lessons the stress of the wedding day by removing you from the pressures and distractions and allowing to be captured those special moments together or the reflections of the special day to come --
                Inquire of the possibilities-- this feature may be added to any
                package for an additional $ 150.00. 

Travel Expenses ( Outside of County ) 
Up to 50 miles $45.00 .... 50 to 100 miles $ 95.00 .... over 100 miles will be determined as per location. 

Additional Coverage of Your Events
I.E. beyond set package or agreed upon coverage will be billed at $ 70.00 per hour plus costs ( film and developing ) if applicable. 

Negatives/Files 
Will be held for approximately one year from the event date . At which time they will be offered for sale as a complete set only.

Deposits
Will be required if proof album('s) and or other prints are to be kept for further viewing past the day of their original showing ( I.E. Credit Card. ).

Payment & Delivery

A deposit of one third of your basic plan is due to reserve your wedding date. A second deposit of one third is due 60 days prior to the wedding date. The balance of your basic plan, plus tax and travel fees if applicable, is due no later than the date of your proof viewing.

Travel fees apply for locations outside of Santa Cruz County. Please inquire about travel fees charged for your wedding location.

Two to three weeks following your wedding, you will be presented with a finished set of original color previews or composite book. They are the exclusive property of Dave Clark Images and may not be copied or reproduced in any manner.

The complete set of previews or composite book will be offered for sale, in addition to your introductory plan for $3.00 per print or composite book for $1.00 per file. The set of previews will not be sold in part.

Once you have placed your final order, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Confirmation

Two to three weeks following your wedding, you will be presented with a finished set of original color previews or composite book. These finished prints are on Kodak paper and have been carefully color balanced. They are the exclusive property of Dave Clark. Under the Federal Copyright Law, they may not be copied or reproduced in any manner. However, you may purchase the complete set of previews {including the preview album} or composite book in addition to your introductory plan, for just $3.00 per print or composite book for $1.00 per file. The set of previews will not be sold in part.

The complete set of previews or book must be returned within 30 days of delivery unless previous arrangements have been made. Any previews damaged or not returned will be billed to the bride and groom at our regular reprint prices.

When a wedding order is complete and the couple has been notified, they have 15 days to pick up their orders and pay any balance remaining. Orders left beyond 15 days without prior arrangements made will be charged 18% per annum interest (1.5% per month) on the unpaid balance.
